Home Hair colouring - any products that actually cover the grey?

I'm having to colour my hair myself now but I'm trying to find a brand that really does cover the grey.
I've been using L'oreal Excellence but it still doesn't cover some of the grey, or if it does, it only lasts about 1 week, despite not washing it during this time.
Has anyone found a brand that actually works please?

What works best for me is Nice & Easy- buying at least one shade lighter than you want, but then leaving it on the grey for longer (minimum 45 minutes). I need the extra time to get the grey coverage, but they do keep darkening the longer they’re in so just adjust shade with that in mind.

My other tip for root touch ups is Just for Men beard dye!! Shades are limited but it’s great for catching those little early greys before the rest needs doing again.

I used to use nice and easy but left it on for way longer than advised.
Eventually my grays started to show through after a couple of weeks/10 days.
Don't know if it's true for all grey but mine was very hard to cover. It's like the dye just coated the hair so came off easily.
I gave up in the end and am now letting the grey come through.

I do the grey first but I'll try leaving it on the greys longer then but didn't like to go over the time as didn't know if it affected the product.

Men beard dye - I'd never thought of that one!

I also use the L'oreal colour touch up and WOW but it's a losing battle!

I'm not ready to go grey yet but I know it looks lovely on some people.
I was really hoping somebody was going to come up with a brand that works but wishful thinking.

Thanks for your replies.

Thats why I have highlights now! The grey blends with the highlights as it comes in so they are less noticeable.

My hair is very resistant to home colouring, but I find Garnier Nutrisse very good. Nothing fades, the greys have to grow out.

I also use nice n easy but do remember as others have said the colour always comes out much darker than the shade chart indicates.
