Anybody tried a Curl Towel?

Currently looking at the Boucleme curl towel, which is meant your curls look better, preserving moisture (?) blah, blah. It's 25 quid, but if it made me so much more gorgeous Grin I may have been tempted, at some point... I can't see that a mere towel can perform such a miracle. Any body had a go?

I can't be the only curly woman out there! Or am I the only one tempted by the gimmicky shiz? Grin

I used something similar from TK Max - it was a lot cheaper
My hair dried quicker and it helped maintained the curl/wave
I also use a t shirt which does a similar job

Oh, that's interesting @Lily83. I think Curlygirl does something similar, though my hair is not as long as curly girl. Do you mind my asking how long your hair is? Mine is collar length dry, but obs longer wet and if I pull it!

It's just a piece of fabric. There doesn't seem to be anything special about it.

My 17 year old uses a microfibre towel designed for washing cars.

Do you use a sleep bonnet? That's the best thing for preserving curls.

Just above shoulder length was my shortest when using this method
I think you can get cheaper alternatives - if you want to try out the concept
Micro fibre towels dry the hair quicker.

There are cheaper versions on line if you wanted to see the result

I mean if you want to see the effect

That's useful, thanks.( Eyes up Holiday Destination tea towel that disapointingly turned out to be micro-fibre, and not cotton) :)
