Fatface dungarees

Anyone have Fatface dungarees? What do you think of them? I haven´t bought from Fatface before but I like the look of their dungarees in the online store. Not sure whether to order or not...

I've got some and I like them

Procrastatron · 16/01/2021 10:41

I have the Lewis ones and like you don’t shop at fat face normally they are nice. I also have some run and fly ones that IMO are a better fit for me (although I sized down compared to what they said)
The trickier thing is learning how to wear them without looking like a toddler or a CBeebies presenter

I have some and they are really comfy, lovely soft denim.

They are quite short though, both in the legs and body. I'm 5'10 and they are a cropped leg on me and the bib only comes up to just above my nipples (I do have fairly large boobs as well though, which doesn't help).

Thanks! What´s the sizing like?

I'd say the sizing is pretty spot on, so go for your normal High Street size.

Great, thanks!

I live outside the UK so I have to pay toll on packages and it is pain to get it back if I want to return an item, so I rarely buy from untested brands. But the dungarees are tempting me...

Yes I’ve got them too. Sizing spot on and very comfortable.

I live in my FF cord dungarees - great for working from home and very warm at the moment. I'm a short size 14 and think they look ok on me.
Maybe try to find some on eBay before you pay full price?

Mine just arrived today. I love them! I have a few other pairs of dungarees but these are really nice (also not a regular FatFace shopper). I bought the blue black but am now wondering if I can justify the mid wash too. I’m a 10 who can sometimes get away with an 8 - ordered a 10 and they are spot on.

homeedder1979 · 16/01/2021 18:42

I have them and love them. They are a flattering cut (nice and low at the back) so not too ‘children’s tv presenter’.

They fit fairly true to size but I’d say size up if you are in between two sizes.

Dontstepinthecowpat · 16/01/2021 18:44

I love fat face clothing and the dungarees are great. True to size and really comfy!

Any advice I really want to suit dungarees but an large of nork
sonjadog · 16/01/2021 19:37

I am also large of nork and they look fine. I actually think they look better than a plan top and trousers as they break up that area so my boobs aren´t so obvious. I have lots of dungarees, just none from Fatface.

For me the secret of not looking like a children´s tv presenter is to stick to plain coloured dungarees in darker colours and cautious use of striped tops under. Some definitely do look more "tv presenter" than others.
