Nice reading glasses online

I really need to wear reading glasses now 😭 and am looking for a pair that look nice and hopefully have not too thick lenses. I bought some from Amazon but they are quite thick and magnify my under eye lines. Any recommendations?

I love Izipizi glasses 🤓

MsConstrue · 14/01/2021 19:38

Was also going to say Izipizi

I also just bought some Izipizi and they are really nice (much better than my cheapo ones from Wilko that I've been making do with).

Do you have a prescription? If so have a look at firmoo.co.uk. Your first pair are free (just pay the fiver postage). If you pay a few quid more they thin the lenses for you. I discovered them last year and now have six pairs of glasses (including three sunglasses) for less than the cost of one pair of my usual Specsavers ones. If you need to find out your pupillary distance the Specsavers site has an interactive tool which measures it.

I got the A style, which are very similar in style to my son's Oliver Peoples glasses.

Oh Izipizi looks perfect. I've got a long face so think some of the styles will suit great.
I haven't been at the opticians for a few years and when I last went she said I was borderline for a prescription. I'm just making do with reading glasses just now.

I've got the E and the L and they look great. I get compliments (via zoom usually) all the time!

MsConstrue · 14/01/2021 19:54

same OP, I've only just tipped over into needing them - and some days I'm fine.

@MsConstrue these were the shapes I was thinking about too. I really don't suit round glasses.
