Hi,

I was wondering if you've ever had jewellery made from someone's remains? Are there any companies out there that do a really good job? I'm struggling to find good quality work:

I do know someone who had her dads ashes put in a ring with this company. It’s stunning.

We used ashes into glass in Essex. Cannot fault them. Jewellery and paperweights were stunning. We watched it all being made. Totally worth the money

I've just ordered from a company called Ever With. They have a lot more choice than some of the others I looked at. I also contacted them after looking at other customers' photos on Facebook. Some jewels, such as the red, sometimes looked really bright and other times dark. The lady I spoke to said that I could let her know which shade I wanted. I received an email from them two days ago to inform me that the ashes had arrived and they've also kept me informed as to time frames (some metals take longer than others).

My Mum got some of my Dad’s ashes made into a ring from Ashes Memorial Jewellery. It was also engraved with his hand writing. It took 2-3 weeks to come back and my Mum seemed happy with it and wears it all the time. They sent her a kit to send the ashes off in and also had to photocopy/scan what my Mum had wanted engraved on the ring.

Have a look at Milk Diamonds. They mainly do breastmilk jewellery but have options for ashes and other inclusions too

I used ashes into glass - a ring was about £500.

They're a lovely company to do business with, very warm and compassionate
