Best dehydrated skin tips?

I've always had this weird combination of oily/spot prone yet dehydrated skin, and since I moved somewhere with hard water it's even worse. I use hydrating toners, gentle cleansers Clinique moisture surge etc but literally nothing makes a difference! If anyone has successfully solved theirs I'd be grateful for any tips Smile

My skin is oily around my t zone but dry everywhere else, my friend gave me Estee Lauder advanced night repair serum, I was sceptical because it is quite greasy and a tiny bit goes a long way but it’s worked wonders on my dry skin, can be expensive but the small bottle lasts me a good while

Clinique moisture surge IMO is useless.

Oily skin can also be dehydrated and downright dry. If you don't moisturise, then the skin creates more oil etc.

Maybe a hyaluronic acid serum (every serum on the planet seemingly has it in these days, it attracts moisture if you apply it to damp skin)

Hylaurlonic Acid and something like Pixi Glow Tonic that contains glycolic acid.

I have very dry skin and recently tried Weleda Skin Food which is amazing but extremely thick. They do a light version too, which I haven't tried but if it's as nice as the thicker one, might be worth a shot.

I have oily and dehydrated skin. I use a hyaluronic acid serum both day and night. Have tried Clinique moisture surge and agree it's useless, once it dries down it feels like I haven't moisturised at all.

I use Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base in the day which is nice and hydrating without being greasy, plus it's a good primer for makeup. At night I use Paulas Choice Moisture Boost Hydrating Treatment Cream.
