Superga black leather trainers

Does anyone have these and are they comfortable for say, a 5 mile walk daily? I have very narrow feet and no foot issues that I know of. Any suggestions for plain black leather trainers without obvious logos welcome. These seem the plainest to go with everything.

I work long hours on my feet. When I wore Superga’s they made my feet really painful and I found them very uncomfortable. They have a very hard sole and no support. I don’t rate them I’m afraid!

I have a pair of Superga's and OK for short term walking, but not the best. I have a pair of black suede Rohde trainers and they are lovely and very supportive.

I have white Superga and while they are comfy they are a fashion trainer and I dint think suitable for a long walk

Namechange600 · 14/01/2021 14:49

Agree they aren’t that comfy for a long walk I’m afraid

If it for myself I'd look at proper trainer companies. Both Adidas and Nike make all black trainers as do Skechers. Also Clark's often do one too . Much better for real walking.

Oh. :( thanks everyone. I usually go for Adidas or Reebok so fancied a change. I seem to have no use for 'fashion' any more.

I also have the black leather Supergas, and dont' find them super comfortable. I have wide feet though - but even then, they have no support internally.

Also with not much wear, the heel has frayed and come apart on one. Wearable, but look scraggy.

There are quite a few black sleek/simple trainers by Nike or New Balance that could work and aren't too chunky

I have dark leather Spring Courts which are very comfortable; it's a French brand. I don't have very wide feet but prefer the men's fit so perhaps the women's fit would be suitable for you? Toast sometimes sell them.

If you are after comfort rather than a fashionable brand or not too fussed about them being high on the style ladder what about sketchers?

Agree with everyone else! I have Supergaa & love them but they're not for 'proper' walking!

For decent walks invest in proper footwear. Brands like Nike / Adidas will do runners that are cool-looking but suitable for decent walks too.
