It's apparently excellent so I've just bought on impulse.

Sounds like a product for insecure men😁

FippertyGibbett · 13/01/2021 14:38

For length or girth ? 😉

LiverColouredBitchPointer · 13/01/2021 14:39

It's a rather suggestive title...what does it actually do?

HouseofBrieandBanter · 13/01/2021 14:40

This is nice stuff, it’s silicon free and nourishing and quite natural

I used to go to the salon once a year (Michael van Clarke) as a treat, back when it was possible to go to London for lunch with a friend, a bit of shopping and a haircut

Decadence .... I miss you

Howdidthathappen1 · 13/01/2021 18:54

I did the same and bought on impulse in lockdown 1 and just finished the bottle.
It nice - hair feels smoother after I've used it as a pre wash mask overnight but I won't be reordering- but then I'm constantly searching for the miracle!!

I liked the lifesaver but it wasn’t revolutionary for me. I’m going to try olaplex 3 now to compare. Shampoo and conditioner were just okay, wouldn’t repurchase for the cost.

Not sure what ur hair type is but I'm on my second use of the inkey hair stuff - I've got the quinoa as I've got wavy hair that needs protein. Im really liking it atm - it has the most potential for a repeat purchase!

Does it have silicone?
Howdidthathappen1 · 14/01/2021 14:55

@shotofchips no silicones / other nasties in it. This mornings shower I've mixed with my leave in conditioner and it seems to be having the effect I want (if I say soft defined waves that makes my hair sound really nice when its really not!!)

violetgrey · 14/01/2021 19:54

I have curly hair and used the pretreatment, moisturizing shampoo and a conditioner. It did absolutely nothing for my hair.

LNSL · 15/01/2021 09:19

They are good products. I was unsure at first but once my hair got used to the lack of silicone, I became a fan. I go to the salon - but not to Michael.

I've been silicone free for a while now and totally converted.

[To those of you who visit Michael Van Clarke's hair salon (in normal times) is Frances (his wife?) still working there? She used to cut my hair 25 years or so ago... so maybe not ...but I really missed her when I left London.].

Shamefulcorners · 15/01/2021 21:34

[oops I killed the thread; sorry!]

LNSL · 16/01/2021 02:59

@Shamefulcorners no she's not. Sorry!
