Hair Help

I have highlighted hair (full highlights from being dark).

It’s almost to how I want it, it’s been a slow & steady process. I still have a few sparse darkish strands and some are a bit brassy/yellowy/orangey. I have tried many purple shampoos to counteract this but they don’t really do much, if anything they can make my hair look either more orangey or the lighter blonde takes on a slight blue or green hue & can look dull.

I want a clean blonde, a lighter shade. I know i’ll probably need another session of highlights but that won’t be for a while.

Is there something like a dye, a very light blonde dye (semi preferably) or a toner that will get rid of the brassiness & possibly lighten my hair a shade or two?

This is my hair, although in rl my hair does in places look a bit more yellowy/orangey.
