Recommendations for red-headed DS14

My DS14 has fabulous auburn hair, but it is incredible thick and heavy.

He keeps it short at sides, longer on top but is taking a more active interest in his appearance and has just asked for new shampoo and conditioner to make it softer.

I have boring fine brown hair and am bamboozled by the choice!!

Any advice from the fabulous redheads out there on a good product or brand to get?

If you can find it, Tigi bed head honey & oatmeal shampoo (and conditioner) are fab, I buy my DS some when I see it and he finds the shampoo by itself enough.

L’Oréal used to do something called mythic oil that I used to use of DSs fleece (honestly is hair looks like a bloody bearskin if left).

Do they still make that? I used to use that many years ago.

user I buy it in tkmaxx and B&M when I see it and if not get one on eBay for his Christmas stocking every year! It's got harder to find so I'm guessing they've stopped making it, but it's worth buying it if you find it. DS loves it, he's got thick hair with a flash in the front and this just makes it lovely.
