I need your help!!!

I usually Wear a uniform for work and jeans etc for when I'm not working.

Put on about 3 stone in last year due to surgery (and comfort eating 😩) and totally
Uncomfortable with my body, none of my
Beautiful clothes fit me. Menopause and lockdown aren't helping. Especially
As I stress eat and everything stresses me out right now. I utterly hate what I see in the mirror.

I have a presentation to do at work and have been told to wear smart office wear. None of mine fits me and I can't think what I could wear. I'm going to be horribly self conscious about people looking at me anyway (not carrying extra weight well) so need something smart but that can hide my lumps and bumps.

I work In a Male dominated environment so like to play safe (not too bright colours) Was wanting something like a black too and black trousers, checked blazer? I need help/ suggestions finding right thing (trousers that won't highlight my belly as it's very loose and noticeable).

I'm 5'4, size 14-16 with large boobs, and big thighs. Please style and beauty bods, work your magic with me

I like the Boden Richmond 7/8 trousers, thick cotton with a bit of elastane, they are very smart and give a nice smooth finish.

Id just get a plain black or cream satin top and a nice blazer as you mention. Zara, HM, &other stories all do decent textured blazers. Size up in the blazer for a modern look that'll be more comfy anyway. Good luck

That's my size so may have some ideas. Are you wanting to spend or is this a kind of one off purchase where you'd like to keep costs low?

I would say that H&M did jersey blazers in a range of 'office' colours - I have a navy and a dark green. They were about £25 and did me through a number of office smart situations - I'll have a look now and see if they still do them.

I actually got quite a lot of workwear from H&M as did my boss. It was reasonable quality for the price.

Cos is very popular but I've struggled to get pieces to flatter my shape - am an hourglass/pear. There is some nice stuff in there though.

Thank you both. I'll def look at the Biden trousers and H&M. Ideally I'd like to keep costs low as this will (hopefully) be a one off.
