Tretinoin for a turkey neck?

I’m 43 and concerned about the lack of elasticity under my chin. Would retinoids help with this or only wrinkles? I’m not really wrinkly but my skin is looser. Considering radio frequency or something like that but Tret seems like a smaller initial outlay although it would take longer. TIA!

Yes I can’t see why it wouldn’t work combined with proper sunblock.

I don't think you can use it on the neck, I read it has a bad effect, I think you can use other retinol on the neck and chest.

Yes, use lots of moisturiser afterwards though. I use it, no problem.

The best thing for getting rid of my turkey neck has been strengthened neck muscles from exercises.

I use it on my neck. The skin is more sensitive so I have to use it less frequently than I do on my face. Over all it has been great for getting rid of sun damage and wrinkles but if it has had any effect on the turkey neck, it's too subtle to notice. I've been using it for several years.

RiverSkater, can you share the exercises you have been doing please?

Prai is supposed to be amazing for necks.

MrsDrudge · 11/01/2021 20:10

I tried Prai and didn’t see any difference - perhaps I’m past helping.
