If anyone remembers this lipstick, I'm looking for one similar, no - exactly - that colour.

I've never been able to replace it. The perfect shade, made my skin look brighter, my eyes sparkle and my teeth look whiter.
So who has the perfect plum lipstick, and would you recommend?

I remember this lipstick! My aunt used to wear it she was a natural blonde with hazel eyes and it looked terrific on her. I liked it too. The closest I have is Venise by Chanel, now sadly discontinued. Sorry that isn’t helpful but maybe a Chanel counter could steer you towards the closest match they currently have- when things are more normal.

My mum wore this lipstick for years and years. They brought it back for a while, I bought it for her maybe 4-5 years ago. She uses one of the Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy lipsticks now - I will ask her what colour it is when I speak to her.

Its the one I have, there was another Plum one discontinued which this seemed to be the replacement for years ago.

Pure Color Love Lipstick by Estée Lauder In Juices Up is a lovely plum colour.

They've changed it now, it has a little yellow in it.

Oh dear. Obviously testers are out of the question at the moment so I wasn’t able to try it on.

I remember that lipstick!! I loved it and used to get complimented on it!!

They tried to chuck it a while ago but people were up in arms. It was their best sellar. Ditto Gay geranium (I guess they thought the name would be off putting!)
