Help me dress- sensory issues

I have some sensory issues related to a condition which are a lot worse at the moment because of depression. I have short hair and have sorted my underwear (stretchy crop top, stretch boxer briefs and comfort top socks). I am struggling to find comfortable trousers that still look smart and tops the same. Anything constricting or itchy or tight is unbearable and I need to be able to squat down to small children and also bend over without flashing underwear. I don’t want to wear joggers and T-shirts everywhere. Feeling so despondent and scruffy and that the children will look back on pictures of us and think what a state I look.

I have some wide leg jersey trousers from M and S that ridiculously comfortable. They are nice and long as well.

@Xanthezoo hope you don't mind me coming back to your post. I am looking for underwear for my mum who has sensory issues - she cannot stand the elastic around the waistband. Do you mind me asking what you buy? As a trade, I can recommend ponte trousers from Debenhams Smile
