Bb cream

What’s the best ‘bb’ type cream for everyday use to brighten skin up, skin can be dry but also some spots. Recommendations please. Thanks

Always used the Garnier one for years and years, ‘upgraded’ recently to Clarins and when it runs out I will go back to Garnier as that’s better!
