So I have managed to get to my mid thirties and not managed to find a solution to this, so hopefully someone here can help!
I have never been able to wear court shoes. They slip off my feet.
I have a hankering for a pair of simple black court stiletto shoes that I can wear with dresses and jeans when I can go out again (one day). I am not a massive fan of open toe (especially in winter!) I own no smart shoes to speak of.
I am 5'4 size 8, but not particularly leggy, so I find that ankle boots, shoes with straps across my ankle etc. Make my legs look shorter. I don't want a high heel, maybe 2-3 inches.i don't want high fashion but I don't want to age myself...
So wise people of Mumsnet can you give me any advice of types of shoes to look for that will stay on my feet and make me look elegant?!
