Posting in S&B but it's wider than that (but I wouldn't know where to post sorry!).
I am slightly late in setting up my near year resolutions and I could do with some inspiration.
So far these are my things:
- drink at least 3 glasses of water outside meals
- exercise every day (I set myself up for two 30-days challenges, plus regular runs/online classes for at least 30 minutes a day)
- work on the book I am writing every day, even if for few minutes
I am a big believer in 'slow and steady' and having a list of these resolutions in front of me, that I cross every day, really helps me. I know that with a very little effort I will get results just by being consistent.
Is there anything else you are doing in the same spirit that I can be inspired by?
