Warmest shoes even needed please!

I need to find a pair of super warm walking
shoes - in this cold weather I can’t manage to be out too long before I get painful patches on my toes (doctor says it’s ‘like frostbite’ and advises... wearing thick socks - oh so helpful!).

I do walk a lot and my poor tootsies feel like they are burning now as a result of loads of outside time at the weekend.

And yes - I go usually wear silk liners, joking socks and thick soled boots... (such a delicate flower!). God alone knows how I used to ski...

Any suggestions for something that doesn’t look too hideous?

If you want to be really warm, go for a style that has the boot liners - the Carnival, Caribou and Joan of Arctic ones. These are used in Antarctica, so should keep you pretty toasty!

Oh thank you - and they don’t look too awful either! I’m sitting here in thick wooly socks and slippers with a heater nearby and my toes feel like they are about to drop off!
