My daughter ordered clothes from this company last year. Stupidly she didn’t bother checking the returns policy and got stung having to pay £8 to send the goods back to Austria.
She has checked with Royal Mail tracking and the company received the goods on 12 August. She still hasn’t been refunded and despite numerous attempts they haven’t responded to any communication.
Has anyone had similar issues with Women’s Best or advice on how to get her money back?
