You are not unattractive! And going by your face not particularly heavy either!
Honestly your skin looks good and your lips are perfect!
From the pic you have dark circles around your eyes, I have that too and the only thing I've found helps is sleep, water and cold tea bags.
If you really want to get into makeup, as something fun and creative to do go for it.
But you don't need it, and I say that as someone who does wear it for nights out, events etc

Some nice skincare is the place to start
Basic, cheap and good :
A squalene cleanser from ordinary and maybe the niacinamide followed by Avene sensitive moisturiser
In the day you’ll need a sunscreen - I like kiss my face because I’m ancient
I used to use the matt one from La Roche Posay or Prep n Prime from MAC
Your skin looks good - decent tone etc. You could easily get away with a tinted moisturiser. Something with a bit of light reflecting.
Your brows are brill. Maybe neaten with some clear mascara, maybe fill in slightly
Try a dark mascara for your eyelashes, maybe try around with a little eyeliner you could tightline first - look on you tube
Try a little blusher - maybe
You have fab lips try a darker berry colour patted on

All of this is bit at a time once you have a skin routine and great SPF going
You look gorgeous and are very striking.
Accentuate what you already have

You are definitely not unattractive.

The first thing I notice is you look a little sleep deprived so a good concealer will help to brighten the eye area.

You've got really good skin so some sheer tinted moisturiser to just give a glow is probably all you'd need.

Your eyes and brows have a lovely shape so some mascara to define your eyes and just a brush with some brow wax to tidy them up if you want.

Lips and cheeks I'd just use a stain to do both, Trinny London do them, I use Beauty Pies cream blush on both my cheeks and lips.

But please, please remember you look beautiful just as you are.

Yes, you’re certainly not unattractive nor do you look overweight.

I suggest a clear brow gel, under eye concealer, maybe a tinted moisturiser or BB cream, a cheek/lip tint and mascara.

What’s your budget?

Im definitely overweight. Thanks for all the advice. Budget 100 pound
