Walking boots?

I bought some of the recommended Decathlon snow boots but my feet are too wide for them. Gutted as they're v cosy. I need something hardy enough to walk in but also comfy enough to sling on without mad lacing/ hard work (lazy) dog walks. I'm o overwhelmed by choice but think a walking shoe or boot better than a welly after a treacherous descent down a shortcut my DH recommended - him in boots me in wellies. I fell !

I just got these yesterday https://www.sportsdirect.com/karrimor-boots-276698#colcode=27669805
Really comfy and very warm. Wore them out to walk the dog today and they survived a hail storm, very sandy beach and rain all the way home.

Ooh can I be cheeky and ask what the Decathlon ones are as I need some!

Do you prefer not to use wellies?

Sorry just saw about the fall. As my Barbour wellies are ideal for what you are after. Equestrian shops do good boots that are grippy- I have some by Dublin that are v grippy but easy to slip on and off
