New skin care routine

mummytoaprincess04 · 03/01/2021 18:54

I have just started using all of the vitamin E products from Superdrug for my daily skin care routine and have broke out in a lot of spots, is this normal when you are using new products ? Before this I didn't have much of a skin care routine. Mainly because I have been put off before from breaking out in a lot of spots. I guess it would happen for the first little while when using products and would take time for my skin to get use to them?

Hello! You might get more answers if you ask HQ to move it to Style & Beauty.
I have used some of the Superdrug vit E range- I recall it's quite perfumed, so maybe it's that?

Hello there @mummytoaprincess04 - we're just moving this over to S&B.

I stop using things if they break me out. Life’s too short to walk around with a face full of spots.

Yeah this is exactly what I think. But then also my skin is always so dry and flaky when I do my makeup

When I tried it it really broke me out.
I prefer Clinique TTDO balm which obviously you need a flannel to help rinse off and then then follow it with a face wash such as Cerave SA or in my case Dermalogica special gel cleanser
