Are these uggs in disguise?

Just bought these. And actually love uggs but am aware they are not stylish. I'd wear these over the knee rather than folded down but what do you think? They look like Uggs in disguise but I like them. They appear like they might have a more stable sole and are more formal than their Ugg friend.
Have you got them yet? Are they comfortable?

I'm not keen on those...not sure why. I don't hate Uggs, but think they look impractical. Not sure where I'd need warm, woolly boots which can't stand up to mud or rain. But then I'm a bit 'practical' when it comes to footwear!

Yes, true, indoors on very cold days would be a good place for Uggs.

They are nothing like Ugg's .. I still wear my waterproof ones . So comfy!
