I'm 48 with decent skin, prone to hormonal spots on chin especially if I've overdone sugar.

I wash my face with warm water and a flannel and tend to moisturise with Nivea soft. That's it.

I've got 3 large age spots n my cheek which I'm really aware of, also some wrinkles on my forehead, jowls but also my chest. I think the chest wrinkles looks awful and is down to some horrible sunburn I had when younger.

I've been gifted Poppy Austin hyualuronic acid (which I've googled and it's affordable so I can keep buying if necessary). I don't have the budget for anything above approx £30 a bottle (that's stretching it).

Can someone recommend me a simple but effective way to deal with my skin from now on. Thanks.

Take a look at The Ordinary product range. Not expensive and you can home in on any issues you have plus the website is good for explaining what the products are for.
