Makeup recommendations for oily/shiny skin?

My skin gets SO shiny/oily throughout the day. I have to reapply powder constantly. I think my SPF makes it worse too.

Does anyone have any recommendations to help mattify my skin e.g. primers, powders, etc?

Laura Mercier translucent powder. Its fantastic.

Bobbi Brown primer plus mattifier. It has really helped with my skin.
