I got an LED face mask for Christmas, but I've no idea how to use it!
It's from Aldi and the instructions are very functional, as in how to charge it etc. They aren't about how to make the best use of it for my skin.
I wondered if anyone had any advice? How long for? How often? Can I use different light colours each time? Or is it about doing a cycle of one colour and then do the next?
I use actives on my skin, so do I need to use sun cream whilst I'm using it?! Or does that defeat the point?!
