Mulberry in John Lewis sale

Does anyone know if they usually add more Mulberry styles to the JL sale? I’ve a lot of vouchers saved up I was hoping to spend on a Mulberry bag in the sale, but they’ve only put some really odd things in the sale, in previous years there seemed to be a few of the “normal” bags reduced too. I’m thinking of a Bayswater or Medium Lily

Maybe once the Mulberry sale starts properly on their own site.

Unless it’s in seasonal colours. The traditional tans etc are very rarely reduced and don’t feature in various retailers 20% events anymore - most always part of the excluded brands.

Your best bet would be a preloved bag from one of the great sellers .

They can even put feelers out for you into the bag world to find what you are look for .

I have Mulberry bags. Bayswater and Lily’s never go in the sale. They simply don’t need to. Bayswater is iconic so people will pay full price and the Lily is really popular so same thing

Only time you might get either is if it’s a random colour that hasn’t been popular and they haven’t sold.

Both Bayswater and Lily are designs that are sold all year round, a sale is designed to shift old stock and both those sell themselves

Keep looking over the next few weeks, they might add more to match Mulberry’s prices. I bought a Darley from them a couple of years ago, I think it was, which was added in the ‘second wave’ of reductions.

Could you use the JL vouchers on something else and use the monetary value on the mulberry website or one of the outlets? They often have Bays and Lily’s in the outlet store ie Bicester

Thanks, I’ll keep an eye out on the sale, and if not keep an eye on Bicester, they did have one i liked on the Mulberry Outlet site i was very tempted by, then need to think what to spend my JL vouchers on. Probably should be exercise equipment to help shift the lockdown weight ....
