What are we wearing today then?

I can't decide! I have three options:

1. a dark green wrap dress which is comfy and a seasonal colour and quite forgiving round the waist once full of turkey, but will involve putting on tights.

2. a black and gold blouse with black velvet trousers which feels a bit glam and means I won't overheat in while cooking the lunch, but not the most comfortable choice.

3. a soft grey cashmere dress which is the comfiest, snuggliest thing ever and can be worn with leggings (comfier than tights) but will be hot for cooking and CANNOT have anything spilled on it.

I want to be comfy but also look good on the various photos and video calls - staying in pjs all day is not an option!

I'm wearing pyjamas, dressing gown and new duo marvel boots.

The weather is looking lovely, crisp and bright - so probably I'll be wearing walking clothes. (Our 21yo stayed in her uni town so we're not really doing Xmas anyway - I've just eaten a satsuma which may be the most traditional thing I do today)

A denim skirt and sparkly cardi and wellies for walking the dog. Then Sweaty Betty joggers (which look better than they sound!) with a different sparkly top for the rest of the day. Gotta have some stretch!

Green dress it is then! Will post a photo once I'm all ready.

Jeans and a glittery gold t-shirt that from Mango that I've had for years ( and thanks to 1.5 stone weight loss actually looks good now!)

I'll be mostly rocking my new crisp white Ralph Lauren nightshirt and soft grey bed socks 😀 I'm never changing out of them although me sliding across the floor a'la Tom Cruise, Risky Business may be wearing thin 😀

I’m wearing pjs now! Went for a run this morning, showered and straight into pjs. Silver lining of Tier 4!

Gold velvet wrap dress bought last year - it’s very comfortable.

Blue cords, Christmas socks, a Holly and Ivy miseltoe roll neck.

Red White stuff midi wrap dress, red warm tights make up and nice jewellery. No visitors but nice to make an effort

Sweaty Betty Gary trousers and an after class sweatshirt. I exercise in M&S but use SB when I have finished work for the day (or am not intending to do any). 🥂

I was in a gold sequinned midi skirt, with a chunky knit black jumper, black opaque tights, and DM boots.

I have since switched the skirt for joggers, and the boots for slippers.

I hope you wore the green dress, OP. I'm also in green - a beautiful vintage dark-green velvet dress from the 60s that used to belong to my great-aunt, that I found in the loft earlier this year and just managed to get dry-cleaned before everything shut down

However it's too smart to lounge on the sofa in, now that lunch and present-opening is done, so I'm about to change into a black cashmere sweater and grey wool joggers for chocolate-eating and reading of my new Christmas books.

Not going to win any fashion awards today but I'm comfy and if I put on some biker boots I'd look a bit more put together.

At work with some sports pants and a Primark jumper with 3 different coloured trees on it. Looked nice until I spilt raspberry yogurt down it!

I did wear the green dress but didn't manage to get any photos as barely left the kitchen and now I'm too tired!
