Stylish flat shoes - size 9

Hello!
I have tried Land's End, Debenhams, Clarks, Schuh and next. Unable to find some nice, flat size 9 shoes.

Any advice/pointers/suggestions?

I'm 8.5 and it's clarks for me, sorry!

New Look goes quite large, doesn't it? Not sure what the quality will be like, but worth a look?

Zara's size 42 is quite generous. I can get away with their open-toed and backless shoes, at least.

Otherwise, have you looked on Amazon for American brands? I find they consistently go up larger than UK brands.

What size are you using European sizes? My dd is a 42, which I think is a fairly generous 8... but according to some shops that makes her a 9.

Yes are you a 42 or 43? I'm a narrow 43 and Nwxt/Clarks / anything High St are too short.

I do have two pairs of DM's that I love - they used to do a lovely slip on with a thinner DM sole which they no longer do and I think I am hoping/trying to find something like that.

Pavers have a sale on and have quite a lot of ladies size 9. Sometimes, they have something quite nice.

Have you tried Fitflop? Lots of their styles come in a 9.

Asda? It's where I get all mine from (also a size 9)

or Asos or the plus size shops (evans, simply B)

Evans do bigger sized ladies footwear. 9 and above.

As a size 9 myself it's a novelty to try something on and be able to say "I'm sorry they're too big".

Just bought some gorgeous boots from pikolinos - not flat - but they do have flat versions..
