Fading ginger hair dye

I've been bix dying my naturally dark blonde hair for ages now and I want to grow it out. Does anyone have any tips on how to do this?

I'm thinking trying to fade it as much as possible then using a semi permanent colour similar to my natural colour? Thoughts pls!

If you want your box colour to fade quicker, try the vitamin c shampoo mix, google it for the method, however it’s quite drying so you need to condition afterwards. You can then choose a box dye to use after, but remember box colours always turn out darker than they look on the box!

I've seen this actually! Thanks 😊

I went from ginger back to dark blonde with lots of highlights. The highlights were close to my natural shade so the regrowth wasn't noticeable. Definitely not something to try at home though, you need someone that really knows what they're doing to get the right shade and coverage.

Sadly not likely to be possible for a while 😪 I tried the vit C thing and it's actually lifted it a suprising amount! Will do it a couple more time and then look for an Ash blonde. I'd like to get back to ombre but will be a little while off that. Should've started this last lockdown!
