I’m now 42 and, especially since having my children, have completely lost any idea of what my style is. I randomly buy things none of which seem to create any sort of coherent style.

I’ve been looking at the style of other people to work out what I actually like. I really like the edgy slightly goth but grown up style of Alice Roberts but am still struggling with what to buy & where to shop to get this sort of look.

Budget isn’t a big problem. Not top end designer but am ok with top end high street sort of stuff. Any ideas where to start?

A small bump for the late afternoon/evening experts.

I don’t know obviously but I’d guess places like a people Tree might be places she’d shop?
It’s very much how I dressed in the 90s and she’s about my age so I suspect she has kept an element of the style she favoured in her late teens twenties?
I like her style too.

Do you have Instagram? She is on there. Joanie clothing follow her so I guess she’s been spotted in some of their stuff at some point. You could also nosy through the list of accounts she follows and see if there are some clothing accounts there.

Just following as I always enjoy what she wears, especially the shoes and boots! Grin

That’s a good idea, didn’t think of Instagram. Thanks
