Looking for burgundy/maroon(?) items for my wardrobe...

Never quite sure which is burgundy and which maroon, but would love to get some more items - perhaps even to use it like a base colour/neutral.

H&M had some burgundy this season. And Reiss has quite a bit of stuff in a colour they called berry but maybe that’s not bright enough.

H&M calling it dark red.

So, every day “capsule” kind of pieces?

I’m not sure what you mean by “bright burgundy” but Mango seems to have more reds in general than many brands this season. There is a lack of them out there.

Plum, bordeaux - to be honest I just sort by colour somewhere like John Lewis, and go through all the reds, as everyone uses a slightly different name/has different shades. Then I've got a starting point.

I am surprised that you find it hard to find! It is the season for wine/burgundy/Maroon etc! I love Marron but cannot wear blue reds sadly. I have certainly seen loads ini M&S for example.
