Nasolabial folds?

Hi all

Has anyone used anything to successfully reduce these other than filler? Mine are quite bad for my age (33) was a heavy smoker early 20s then daily vaper I think it's taken it's toll...I've heard of facial exercises but it's sticking to them. Any facials or creams that might help them look better?

Watching with interest! I have/had the same issue and ended up paying for cheek and nasolabial fillers which has lessened them a bit but not as much as I hoped. Can't really afford £400 every 12/18months, esp if its not a miracle worker!

I'm sorry to have to say, but mine have got loads better during lockdown as I have put on a lot of weight. Sad

@Jiggy16 I've been toying with idea of fillers but can't really afford it and I've previously had my lips done and ended up hating them (still do!) so I worry I'd hate any other facial filler. I might try derma rolling I did it previously but never kept it up

@thenightsky I've gained weight too but they are still prominent as ever 🙄🤣

Me too! My face is the only place I can't seem to put weight back on! How bloody unfair!

Do you mean like smile lines?

Face exercises don't work for nasolabial folds. I've been doing them for years. Fillers will be your only option. I've learnt to live with them.

Try light therapy to boost collagen? I think mine look better - I’m miles older than you - after a couple of months of using my new Light Stim.

Foreo Bear? Expensive but... maybe the sales are on their way for these devices.

I’ve used mine for around 6 weeks. I think it’s smoothed/lifted my cheek area. It could be just wishful thinking of course. It takes 6 minutes a day. I really like it.

Nothing else has changed. Same skincare routine. Just treated myself to a bit of home pampering.
