In the last couple of weeks I’ve developed a small patch of itchy, red spots at the side of my nose. I’ve been putting extra moisturiser on it (Neutrogena, baby lotion, even my baby’s oat cream for eczema) but nothing is shifting it. I’m started to wonder if it’s possibly a bacterial infection but I’ve noticed it’s definitely worse after I’ve worn a face mask for a prolonged period of time. Does anyone have any recommendations to help me shift it please? I do go make up free quite often as I do a lot of training and running so I am self conscious about it.

Could it possibly be fungal infection? They seem to be quite common due to face masks at the moment.

Try clotrimazole cream and see if it clears up.

You could also try Sudocreme. Seems to solve all sorts of skin ailments in this house.

You could also try bepanthen. That's good for rashes.

I’ve tried sudocreme but not frequently, I’ll definitely try treating it more as a fungal rash. Thanks all xx
