I need something to disguise the dark smears underneath my eyes. We aren’t quite in the dark circles territory but not far off 
. It’s not helped by eyeliner smudging a bit during the course of the day (using Wunder Super Stay liner). I don’t use loads of makeup, usually just good old BB cream but it’s not cutting it under the eyes any more. What’s good these days? I have fair, neutrally toned skin- verging to the warm if anything.
