Wellies under £40 - female christmas gift

Not sure if this is the best section but I'm looking for some wellies as a gift for a friend, maybe also some welly socks.

She is late 40s and doesn't have any. She's not massively fashion conscious or glam so comfort and quality are the most important thing.

Can anyone direct me to some decent wellies for around £40 or less?

I bought some from Joules but on their eBay shop (so they are brand new!). They were under £40 and a brilliant bargain.

I was a bit quick and ordered the Next ones after sleep posted as they look good and are a reasonable price
