Has anyone returned a perfume to Jo Malone and got a refund or exchange?
I used to love Blue Agava and Cacao which was discontinued.
So I was delighted to see that JM had brought it back. Decided to treat myself on payday and bought a bottle. which was not cheap
I'm so disappointed. It smells so feeble. I have a tiny bit left from my original bottle, so I have compared and contrasted the two.
What do you think my chances are of an exchange/refund? Or is it a case of 'tough luck and kiss goodbye to £100'?
