Can you help me fix my nails and cuticles quickly?

I’ve fallen back on a terrible habit that I’d ditched years ago - I blame lockdown and the general worries of this year - and now have bitten down nails and ragged cuticles.

Is there anything you can recommend that I can use to soothe these sore little paws and get my hands looking presentable again?

The one thing that works for me is Lemony Flutter from Lush. Its very greasy but sorts out my dry cuticles and helps strengthen my nails. I put a little of each nail and let it sink it. I try not to get it on any other part of my hand because its so greasy.

oil- any sort-olive, vegetable, almond, avodado, bio oil etc
rub into nails and cuticles as often as you remember, won't take long to sort them out.

Yes massage olive oil into your cuticles after soaking them in warm water for a few minutes then apply hand cream

I swear by rosehip oil cuticles.
Lots and los hand cream during day - carry in handbag, some in car and uses often.

One thing that really helps me is trimming my cuticles so they aren't ragged, otherwise I just keep at them. Like this
