If my bra is tight in the back but the cup fits fine what size do I get that will not increase the width of the underwriting.

You would try a sister size i.e. increase the back size while going down a cup size

E.g. if you wear 34E and want a bigger back with same cup volume then try 36DD

Ah ok so I'm a 36f so would try a 38e, Ill give that a go.
