From 1st December you can only return to the shop you purchased from and click and collect orders/online can no longer be returned in store but have to go via courier. I think it's a shame as I can no longer buy things as a gift as the recipient won't be able to return them if they're not right unless they come to my local store.
I guess returns must be costing them a lot to manage but I can't help thinking they'll lose business.
