Had my hair coloured yesterday, was excited in anticipation but I don’t like the end result!
I’m naturally brunette but have been highlighted blonde for years. This was supposed to be a maintenance appointment to blend the highlights in with my regrowth.
The colours are all off, it’s warm/brassy and now my hair is majorly snapping off? It’s extremely damaged and I feel like crying. What should I do?
