Mature hair shampoo

Can anyone recommend a good shampoo for mature hair?

My mum's hair is thin due to cancer treatment (not recent). I'd love to get her a nice hair care gift set but not sure which ones are good.

Trying to avoid buying from Look Fant. after reading the other thread!

Alterna caviar is wonderful.
What a lovely idea for your mum.

Thanks NewIdeasToday. The only place that seems to sell the Alterna Caviar gift set is Beauty Flash. Have you bought from them before? Are they a genuine company? Ie: they don't sell knock off products.

How about Aveda's botanical repair range?

I also use Alterna caviar range. Usually from allbeauty.com, but I just check where it's coming up cheapest at the time I'm buying

I’ve seen Living Proof shampoo, conditioner etc highly recommended for thin/fine hair. Expensive enough that they’d make a good present.

Also, Philip Kingsley thickening spray is excellent.
