Are these boots okay?

I'm 46, fairly casual style, average size/height (not really relevant!), wear skinny jeans and jumpers mainly when not at work.
I've just been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis so need good footwear. Also these waterproof.
What do you think of these? Collected today but can return.

I am 49 and I would wear them!! If I try and run anything by my teens they say I am not to old to wear anything I want!!

I've been wearing them this weekend after giving them a good waterproof spray and they're perfect for this weather (rainy where I am) and already don't know what I've had done without them!
They're also faux fur lined which is nice and cosy.
