Tbar shoes for boys

Looking for some tbar shoes for my 5 year old son does anyone have any ideas where I could get some from? He used to wear them when he was much smaller (start rite) but I can’t seem to find any in a size 12

Would he be able to fasten and unfasten them by himself? Velcro is much easier at that age
