Does anyone have any tips on how to reduce my '11' lines? It's becoming more prominent as the days go by.

Oil? Frownies? I will not ever get Botox, so any natural remedies you can think of would be helpful.

Frownies, tretinoin (retin-a) or retinols if you don't want to go down the prescription route. Plus wear factor 50 SPF if you don't already. Keep skin hydrated and wear an occlusive moisturiser to seal it in which improves the appearance of lines even if it's not a proper fix.

Unfortunately most creams don't do anything for wrinkles, the only things with scientific backing are retinoids and SPF. Retinoids increase cell turnover and promote collagen growth which naturally slows as we get older.

Reducing mechanical stress on the skin also works - that's why Botox and to a lesser extent frownies work. Best if you are frowning in your sleep but they do help a bit, will be more effective the more you wear them.
