Toast pyjamas - sizing? And other nice brands?

I’m thinking of asking for some really nice pyjamas for Christmas - am looking at Toast but not sure whether S or M better for an average, petite size 12 (large chested)? I seem to remember their sizing being massive!

Also if anyone could recommend any other lovely, special feeling pyjamas that would be great Smile

I tried a pair of toast pjs this year, I'm 12 - 14 and bought M, they were far too big. I like the look of Hush pj.

Oh thank you! Yes I was suspicious of the M being a 12-14 and don’t want to be totally swamped... will have a look at Hush too thanks

I'm a 14 and take an M in Toast. Toast nightwear is the best, it all washes and wears beautifully.

That said, I'm currently wearing a set from the latest Uniqlo x Marimekko range (in an L) which are fab, really cosy. They're not listed as pyjamas though, described as flannel trousers and shirt.

Thanks @Zinnia! Are you tall can I ask? A bit worried they will be far too long...
Will have a look at uniqlo too although I find returning things there a bit of a pain!

I am tall yes but the Uniqlo ones hit the top of ankle on me - I have a 32" inside leg. The actual inside leg seam on the Uniqlo trousers is 28".

I adore Toast but often find their stuff comes up too short on me, the website says they cut for a height of 5' 6". So if you're 5'3" for example I'd say Toast would be fine, less so if you're 5'0" perhaps but a lot of their trousers are cropped. Always size down in Toast, your memory is correct they do come up big!

Ah great, that’s really useful. Think I’ll size down!
