Cashmere jumper/ turtleneck for plus size

Hello, looking to buy a cashmere jumper for my mum for Xmas. She is around a size 18 with a very big bust. I was in Hobbs today and the size Large looked really small! I think it would also be to short, any recommendations?

M&S jumpers are always too short on me. I'm 5'8" and a size 16-18.

Cashmere always comes up small even in M n S
Pure, M n S or tkmaxx but go up a size

My mum, of similar proportions find the Uniqlo sleeves too short.
