Anti ageing beauty routines

I'm 33 and need to start one now. Current routine is wash face, hyaluronic acid from the ordinary and Nivea.

Not impressed with the ordinary though it saddens me to say. I used two bottles of their retinol and it did fuck all. Isnt it supposed to be magic or something?!

I'm getting exhausted researching routines now so would like yours.

Ideally I'd like to buy a "kit" so I'm ready to go with all steps

Double cleanse: oil and damp
Hot flannel then a gentle cleanser

Hylauronic acid or niancimide and zinc

Serum q10

Moisturiser

Spf

Night time

Double cleanse
Oil and moisturiser..im now using egyptian magic and argan oil

2 to 3 times a week i cleanse then add glycolic acid over nigh peel from superdrug. Its good.

If you do nothing different, add a separate spf of at least 30 and wear it everyday on face and neck and reapply again if needed in the day (you xan get a spray spf for thata refresher spf application)

Skin is very individual, seasonal, hormonal, ddietary and environmental factors impact it.

There is only sunblock and tretonoin or retinol but you’ve got to do it for about 20 years before you see results.

People thought I was over the top applying sunblock for anti ageing at 22yo but it’s paid off massively. I have a dermatica prescription for hyperpigmentation caused by the contraceptive implant and no lines at 43. I still get asked for ID when I buy alcohol as presents.

It’s a long term thing so you need dopamine to keep it up.
