I'm also falling out of love with my Burt's Bees lip balm!

My lips are quite dry and I am slightly addicted to using lip balm, which is probably half the problem.....

Carmex is absolutely amazing, and will get my vote every time!

Nuxe lip balm is great, and lasts ages. M&S stock it.

Dior Lip Glow is lovely (tinted balm.) Was initially gifted then subsequently bought again and replaced. SPF, smells nice, feels nices and looks nice. Wearing under a mask doesn’t mark mask.

@BeautifulSofa

I had an EOS and it went mouldy Hmm
That's not good. I've been using them now for around 5 years, I buy them when on offer and keep a supply, replace them regularly. Fortunately I've never had a problem. You can get coloured ones now with a touch of pink. www.beautybay.com/p/eos/shimmer-sphere-lip-balm-sheer-pink/

I bought the lemon one and the moon one for DD last year

Dr organic, coconut lip balm is great.

YY to Lanisoh nipple cream

slather it on (your lips) before you go to bed - honestly it's a game changer

EskSmith · 04/12/2020 21:57

I agree lanolin. I use a combo of nipple balm and lanolips.

WhereAreWeNow · 04/12/2020 22:09

Lanolips. The pear one smells just like pear drops.

I second Nuxe - recently bought it after being recommended on here a few months back, it’s worked wonders on my lips so far & only used it a handful of times very impressed!

bigmassivecoconut · 04/12/2020 22:36

Coconut oil works wonders I find. And only makes you smell like a big massive coconut if you also use it on your hair, face, body etc, as I do!

Bitconfused75 · 04/12/2020 22:46

Nuxe is brilliant - better than anything I've ever used.

dudsville · 05/12/2020 08:08

A recent MN-inspired purchase for me was the o'Keefe's and also I then went down a rabbit hole with the lanolin suggestion as I wanted a product that didn't gave nipple salve or baby's rash cream in the title - there's an old product called wool fat, got ajar off Amazon for £10. Both the o'Keefe and the wool fat (whatever the hell THAT is) are fab. I'm no longer a carmex gal, and that is a hard product to walk away from.

I was amazed at Elisabeth Arden's 8 hour creme, but only the pot not the stick.

Tried pretty much everything else and my lips bleed in winter.this has stopped the bleeding!

Agree. I use the pot just before I go to sleep and the stick during the day.

Cracked bleeding lips are no more ☺️

I popped to Boots & Superdrug earlier and came back with Lanolips (on offer at Boots), O'Keefe's (on offer at Superdrug), EOS and Blistex so looking forward to trying these out. I've had Lanolips before and liked it but never rebought till now. My lips never crack and bleed but constantly feel dry. I am wondering if, like one PP suggested, actual lip gloss is bettter for dry lips. I used to love juicy tubes!
