Bra fitting in the age of Covid

Hoping someone might be able to assist please...

Fitting services and changing rooms all seem to be closed but having breast pain and have been advised by hospital to get remeasured. But I can't because of Covid.

Tried some online measuring services...
M&S 34B (don't rate them to be honest)
Little Women 36AA
Boob or Bust 32E
Victoria's Secret 32D
Debenhams 36A
Anita 34D

Usually a 32B (sized 2 years ago), clothes size 8.

Have no idea what size to order. Wish I could just grab a load and try them on...apart from ordering online in a multitude of sizes (£££!) I suppose there is not much else I can do?

The back of my bra seems fine it's the wires on the outer side that I think might be sitting too much on the breast tissue?

TTC so also aware my breasts might change in size fairly soon. I'm cautious of spending on a new size, only for this to change again!

Thank you, hoping someone might know a bit more than me and give me a steer as to what size/s to order please...

Have you tried an independent retailer? If you are in the south west of England I know of a place that is doing fittings.

I feel your pain, I had a double mastectomy with reconstruction in September and I’ve just had to guess what size I am and send back anything that doesn’t fit.
My local M&S has toilets so I did buy some bras, and try them on in the toilets so I could take them back if they didn’t fit

If you are size 8 then I definitely would not even bother with 36 or 34 sizes. If BoB says 32E but you could wear 32B then I'm wondering if you might not need 30. If you put your current 32 bra on back to front, is it still tight?

Hi All!

Thank you for all the suggestions!

I went to an independent today and it came out as 32E (so Boob or Bust was right!). She did say I could go down to a 30 but the 32 felt tight enough for me. Was surprised to find one just a few mins from my house and her prices were reasonable, actually less than I normally pay. She is charging £20 for the fitting if you dont buy a bra during Covid.

I did order a few sizes online but couldn't get a good fit as was just randomly guessing really!
